James saved the day for us! Our builder mistakenly told us that 2x4s would suffice on our patio until we add a screen porch in the Spring. WRONG. Failed home inspection. We're supposed to move next week and have no occupancy permit as a result. James drove to our country home, gave us a quote, talked to the home inspector to ensure he installed what we needed, got the work permit, ordered the supplies, picked them up on Labor Day when he should have been relaxing, and installed the railing in cold, rainy weather this week. Beautiful job, and great craftsmanship. We will be calling him this Spring to have him add the screened porch.
